Hold a 5-minute meeting with yourself to check in on your goals for the year.


Take five minutes to check in with yourself on any goals you made at the beginning of this year. Have any setbacks made it harder for you to complete your goals? What's in store for the second half of the year? Use this time to look back on the last six months and think ahead on what you hope to accomplish before the end of the year.
